Dr Duran is the most compassionate and patient Dentist I have ever been to. I haven't been to the Dentist in 7 years ,out of fear. After enduring alot of dental work with Dr Duran, I am no longer afraid. The staff really make an effort to get to know you personally, and they are very professional. I am , such a baby, and i don't take pain well; but Dr Duran never gets impatient with me - and her work always turns out perfect! No matter how long it takes, how late in the evening we're there until, she stays committed to her work, and she does it with a smile on her face. This is the ONLY place I would recommend, and the only place I will go to. I never thought id get over my fear of the Dentist - yes even at 24 years old, i was PETRIFIED. But not anymore. Thanks to Dr Duran and her staff. :)

I have been totally knocked off my feet by the friendliness and professionalism of Dr. Duran's staff. Melissa and Alexis took the time to show me in detail and for me to understand my treatment plan. I've been to allot of dentist but this is the first time I've seen such a congenial staff. The assistant who took the x-rays was wonderful, God knows looking in peoples mouth everyday is no picnic. Now Dr. Duran, I have never felt so at ease in a dentist chair (and I am afraid of dentists) she took the time to explain the procedures, options and course of action in a non confrontational manner, Her demeanor I found very kind, forthright and understanding. I have to tell you its very difficult to find a good dentist and feel comfortable. I received an excellent vibe from Dr. Duran's office. On Thursday, April 30, 2015 I went to Dr. Duran's office for teeth cleaning for the 1st time. Let me back track, I was able to obtain a quick appointment for a consultation and teeth cleaning at the same time. Awesome, killed two birds with one stone. When I meet Dr. Duran, she was the most beautiful dentist I ever meet and honestly made feel comfortable. She is honest and thorough. Immediately I felt a great vibe about my new dentist, Yeah. Then I meet the Hygienist Jackie, who gave me the best cleaning ever. Jackie did a fantastic job and was thorough with me as well. Jackie is beautiful and so friendly and honestly cared about her job and showed me a positive attitude about her position. Continue to do the great work Jackie you are the excellent in what you do. I told my husband about you and he cant wait to meet you. Then when I went out I meet Alexis and Melissa, these young girls are super friendly and provided a warm feeling. Honestly they are more than workers, they are girls who care and are super friendly. I never meet girls like these two young ladies. Most Dr.'s office in South Florida do not have the quality traits these two girls have. Continue your superb service Alexis and Melissa, you both definitely have great quality customer service and guess what I will definitely continue to go to your office. I love you girls and enjoyed the Dr. Duran and Jackie the Hygienist. Definitely will have your office as my primary dentist. See you next time... Thank you for your warm feeling.
